What happens if I want a product that is not offered with the Accelerator?
Reach out to our team! We offer a variety of products that can meet most marketing needs. We’ll help find the right one for you.
What's the actual time commitment you need from me as the client?
Before the Accelerator, you will need to perform onboarding tasks that will allow us to reach our goal of launching a new brand in one week. It’s robust and may take a couple of sittings to get through. During the Accelerator, we ask for about an hour and a half for a sprint kick-off meeting on Monday morning, plus an hour launch call at the end of the week. We will ask you to provide feedback throughout the week, and it’s up to you how involved you’d like to be in that process.
How do I provide feedback? Can I give my feedback in a Zoom call?
We will provide you the opportunity to give written feedback on your Accelerator assets through our feedback forms. We do not do live feedback sessions.
What's the payment schedule?
50% is due upfront, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the Accelerator.
Why do I need to make a deposit?
A deposit allows us to hold your slot.
What happens right after I make the deposit?
Once deposited, you’ll start the onboarding process, which should be completed by the Wednesday before your Accelerator week.
What if I don't complete the onboarding form before the Accelerator week?
Failure to complete the onboarding form by the deadline will result in rescheduling your Accelerator week.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ACH payments and credit cards.
Why do you do accelerators and not projects like other agencies?
We believe in delivering optimal results for our clients fast, so you can start showing off your new brand and growing your business as quickly as possible. We’ve found that our Accelerator model is the best way to make that happen!
What happens after we launch?
