A marketing funnel is a way of breaking down the customer journey all the way from the “visitor” (Attract) stage to actually becoming a loyal customer (Nurture).
Each phase of the funnel has its own specific goal:

- CONVERT: Earn slightly deeper engagement (without asking too much).
- CLOSE: Close the deal on a premium offering or service and create new customers.
